Today we're chatting quilts and stuffies. Does it get better than that?
We are getting ready to start the Tula Pink Curiouser & Curiouser Mad Hatter Quilt and we're beyond excited! Starting July 1st, we're going to have Facebook meetings every two weeks to cheer everyone on. If you got the quilt kit from us and want to join in, Thursday July 1st will be going through the instruction booklet and starting to cut the fabrics. We'll list the meetings in our Facebook group Crafting with The Toads. We do have three kits remaining if you missed the pre-order and still want to join us.
MB is making Callie the Cat from Crochet Cute Critters by Sarah Zimmerman - the body is done and the head is a work in progress. Helen is making Sadie Sourie by Cinthia Designs. During our drive to VA, we had multiple chats about quilts to start. Helen is making the Mandolin quilt by Tales of Cloth using Garden Party fabric by Anita Jeram. MB started the Double Layer Cake Quilt following a video by Missouri Star Quilt Co. She is using a layer cake we have in Tula Pink's Homemade fabric line.
