Twenty Four Birds Kits - for Twenty Four Birds Shawl MKAL by Helen Stewart, Toad Hollow Yarns

The Twenty Four Birds Shawl by Helen Stewart is a mystery knit along, with clues being released every week. The shawl calls for four fingering weight skeins - three that create a blended fade effect and the fourth being a pop of color. There is some lace so highly variegated yarns may not show the lace pattern as well.

We have picked colors for four kits which are available as pre-orders. We will dye them and ship them within 2-3 weeks. The kits are as follows:

Our yarns are hand dyed or hand painted using professional acid dyes. We wash each skein carefully after dying but slight bleeding may occur during first wash. Skeins may vary in color slightly so if using more than one skein of yarn in a project, please alternate skeins every few rows.

This soft, squishy yarn is perfect for socks, shawls, sweaters or any project where you would use a Fingering or DK weight yarn.

Care of yarn - superwash merino will allow you to wash your items in the washing machine but please use cold water. For best results and care, hand washing is recommended.
