Welcome to our latest club - Who Runs the World - in which we will celebrate strong, fearless, innovative women each month. Our inspiration comes from artists, authors, activists, etc.

For June, we chose Berthe Morisot as our woman of note. She was an Impressionist artist who the only woman to show work in their first exhibition. Her painting, The Garden at Bougival (1884) is where we drew inspiration.

This yarn is dyed to order. If we have it on hand, we will ship immediately. Otherwise, it will go out in 2-3 weeks from order date.

There are five bases to choose from - see listed below. We know that some people (Mary Beth!) love to get surprise packages in the mail but that there are others that want to see the yarn before they purchase it. The club yarn will be available the following month, after everyone who pre-ordered get a chance to see theirs first.

Please share with us what you are making with your yarn. You can tag us on Instagram with @toadhollownj or join our facebook group Crafting with the Toads.

Our yarns are hand dyed or hand painted using professional acid dyes. We wash each skein carefully after dying but slight bleeding may occur during first wash. Skeins may vary in color slightly so if using more than one skein of yarn in a project, please alternate skeins every few rows.

Care of yarn - superwash merino will allow you to wash your items in the washing machine but please use cold water. For best results and care, hand washing is recommended.
