WHEN I WAS A YOUNG WARTHOG, September Disney Yarn of the Month, Hand Dyed Superwash Merino Yarn,Toad Hollow Yarns

 We have a deep and abiding love of The Mouse and all the movies associated with him. Each month, we will create a yarn based around a character from a Disney or Pixar movie. These colors will be bright and bold, much like the movies.

This month, the wheel of chance picked The Lion King. When we saw the image of Pumbaa, we immediately started singing and WHEN I WAS A YOUNG WARTHOG had to be the color.

Our yarns are hand dyed or hand painted using professional acid dyes. We wash each skein carefully after dying but slight bleeding may occur during first wash. Skeins may vary in color slightly so if using more than one skein of yarn in a project, please alternate skeins every few rows.

Care of yarn - superwash merino will allow you to wash your items in the washing machine but please use cold water. For best results and care, hand washing is recommended.
